Services

Community Partnership for Children is an organization called upon to help children, who have been abused or neglected, by providing them with the following support:

• short-term housing

• assessing their individual situation

• assigning a Case Manager

• creating a Case Plan

• transitioning children into safe, long-term care

• adoption services

• mentorship

• fostering services

The Community Partnership for Children team works together to protect the children of Volusia, Flagler and Putnam counties. Currently, 99.5 % of Community Partnership for Children funding comes from the State of Florida, and .5% is from Community Resources. The total budget for 2006/07 is $22.5 million.
