Marianna Cotter oversees the Putnam County units. She received her BA in Psychology from the University of North Florida and her Master’s degree in human services from Capella University. Ms. Cotter began as a case worker for the Department of Children and Families in 2001 and was a supervisor until privatization in 2004.   Ms. Cotter joined Community Partnership for Children from the Partnership for Strong Families where she served as a Quality Operations Manager until July, 2007.
