Carla J. Harris joined Community Partnership for Children in September 2002 as a case manager.  She became a case manager supervisor in April 2004 and took over supervising the Flagler office in August 2004.  Ms. Harris became a Program Operations Administrator in March 2007.  She has worked with children since leaving the Military (Army) in 1991.  She taught elementary and middle school students with disabilities.  Ms. Harris received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and received a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix . She is a member of the Flagler County Coalition.
