Putnam County

Beginning July 1st, Community Partnership for Children added Putnam County to our area of service.  We have provided case management services to Putnam County since July of 2007.  As we move toward this transition, we will keep you posted of our progress.  We encourage you to review our stakeholder briefing presentations and meeting minutes.

Key Accomplishments since we began case management in 2007:

Reduced children in dependency by 26%

Reduced Out-of-Home care by 20%

Reduced licensed care by 23%

Increased relative placements by 3%

Reduced in-home cases by 41%

Visited 100% of our children for 5 of the last 6 months
